Sft (Square Foot) is a unit of area measurement.
📏 1 Sft = a square that is 1 foot long and 1 foot wide (12 inches × 12 inches).
For example, a 10x10 ft room = 100 Sft.
Super Built-up Area is the total area of a property, including:
✅ Carpet Area (actual usable space inside the house) ✅ Walls & Balcony Area ✅ Common Areas (lobby, stairs, lift, corridors, etc.)
It is larger than the actual usable space and is used to calculate the price of flats in many housing projects.
